Kai Greene Defends Mike O’Hearn After Fans Doubt He’s Natural

For the average layperson bodybuilding is a fairly simple concept. It’s just a bunch of buff people who lift weights and pose on stage. Cut and dry, super simple to figure out, right?

Well those people would be mistaken. Within the realm of bodybuilding there are multiple contingents. While there are many bodybuilders on the professional scene that use gear to enhanced their recovery, there are many other bodybuilders who are natural and avoid any kind of performance enhancement.

The distinction is one that many bodybuilders go out of their way to point out. For natural bodybuilders it’s a compliment to be mistaken for a gear user. Natural bodybuilders put in a lot of time and effort all without the help of any kind of performance enhancing supplement.

One such bodybuilder that takes accomplishment in cultivating a natural physique is Mike O’Hearn.

Featured prominently in the upcoming Generation Iron 4, Mike O’Hearn has asserted that he’s a life long natural. Unfortunately for him there are many that believe this assertion to be less than factual. As such, many have gone out of their way to attack and accuse Mike O’Hearn of lying about his natural status.

But not all people are sitting on the sidelines and watching O’Hearn take abuse. Veteran bodybuilder and entertainer Kai Greene has come to the defense of Mike O’Hearn. Many doubt that O’Hearn is natural and made their thoughts known in response to this post.

In the below comments, Kai Greene defends his fellow bodybuilder after O’Hearn was attacked.
