Kai Greene Gives Some Insight on What it Takes to Truly Become The Best

Anyone who is greatly into fitness will agree that the goal of training is becoming a better version of yourself. While not everyone is looking to become the best in the world at what they do, many are at least looking to become better than they were yesterday. It may sound like a pretty simple goal, but there are so many nuances to actually bringing about that considerable change.


Kai Greene is a bodybuilder that always puts his all into his training. Whether prepping for a show or simply looking to maintain his gains, Kai Greene certainly has a very extreme focus when in the gym, one that can’t be boiled down to a specific training program. If anything, Kai Greene highlights the reality that simply sticking to a particular training style and program isn’t enough to bring out the best in yourself.

To become your best, it can’t boil down to a formula of sets and reps. It’s the accumulation of all the knowledge and training that person has done over years and years.

In order to reach new heights of fitness greatness, whether it be in bodybuilding, mixed martial arts, long distance running, or any athletic goal you have in mind, it’s going to require more than physical exertion. It’s all about your mind state and the kind of push you give yourself mentally.

Kai Greene understands that well and looks to push himself mentally as much as he does physically. It’s perhaps even more important to exercise the mind, to develop a never say die attitude in order to achieve long lasting change.
