KEVIN LEVRONE FINALLY UNVEILS HIS GAINS, PHIL HEATH IS IN TROUBLE

kevin levrone unveils gains headerKevin Levrone is back and better than ever.

Competitive bodybuilding has taken some interesting turns in the last calendar year. There has been the inclusion of new divisions, talented new prospects making their names known, and plenty of controversy to go around. But despite all of that the biggest shock this year has to be the announcement of Kevin Levrone’s return to the competitive stage. After being retired for almost twenty years, Levrone has surprisingly decided to make a comeback for the ages.

With that announcement came a bevvy of questions. Many fans and pundits have discredited Levrone’s return to action as nothing but a publicity stunt, one used solely to bring about attention to the Olympia and put the once great bodybuilder back into the forefront of everyone’s minds. That assessment may not be entirely off, but despite that Kevin Levrone has battled through and has been pretty diligent in his preparation for the biggest bodybuilding show of the year.

While Phil Heath may not necessarily be concerned with Levrone or anyone else looking to take his crown at the 2016 Olympia, recent evidence of Levrone’s hard work has been surfacing recently. Many have believed that at 52 years of age it’s highly unlikely that Levrone will be able to return to the form that so many once praised. If the below Instagram post is any indication, it looks like Kevin Levrone is back in fighting form and looking just as impressive as he did twenty years ago.

Top pic was taken at Exile gym yesterday with @nikosdimas Nicks Cell Phone. Bottom pic was taken 20 years ago. Thanks for sending this pic Nick. This is for my fans we got this baby! Where the mind goes the body will follow. God be the glory ???????? FYI different photo angel in top pic makes one side look smaller but trust me its not. Arms are 22″
