Kevin Levrone Squats For The First Time Since Knee Injury

Back in business.

Every bodybuilder has an issue with their body. Whether that means they’re frustrated with their bicep development or that they think their calves are lacking there’s not one bodybuilder who is fully satisfied with their body. But sometimes the issues have more to do with injuries than anything else. There’s nothing worse than being injured and watch all your gains go down the drain. It can impede your progress tremendously and set you back for weeks, months, and in severe cases, years. It’s what Kevin Levrone may have been facing heading by into the 2016 Olympia.

No one had faith that Kevin Levrone would win the Olympia and for those people their intuition was correct. Kevin Levrone came to the show in tremendous shape and condition but it was clear that it wasn’t enough to contend with the other pros on stage. Why? His main drawback was undoubtedly his leg development or lack there of. But while others simply don’t have the genetics to grow their legs, we all know that Kevin Levrone had some serious wheels in his day. So what was the catch? Well, it seems his lack of development was due to the tendinitis in his knee.

The ailment prevented him from putting his all into his leg training. But now it looks as if things are shaping up for the veteran who has vowed to give it his all and once again compete at the Olympia in 2017. Doubt that he has the resolve?
