Kevin Levrone Training Upper Body For The First Time Since The Olympia

Back in business.

There comes a time in everyone’s bodybuilding career when they have to come to grips with the fact that they may not be as gifted as they once were. It’s a harsh truth of any athletic endeavor especially when you’ve reached the pinnacle of your chosen sport. For a bodybuilder to make it to the top of the rankings in the IFBB it feels like climbing a never ending mountain with nothing but challengers in your way. The top spot is within reach, yet you still must contend with all the others who wish to obtain the same goal.

At some point you may feel like it’s not worth it and hang it up. But sometimes that only leaves a competitor with regret. For Kevin Levrone, it’s obvious that the former number two bodybuilder in the world has some unfinished business.

While his legs may have held him back during his return campaign at the Olympia this past year, Kevin Levrone still showed some impressive gains, especially in his upper body. Since his legs were lagging far behind his upper body, the past few months have seen Levrone focus on nothing but leg building exercises to ensure that he has a fighting chance at the next Olympia competition. But during that same time, Levrone has been neglecting his upper body training. That is, until now. The Instagram post below shows the veteran bodybuilder finally hitting the upper body again. It makes you wonder how he’ll look months from now.

Do you think Kevin Levrone is on the right track?
