In the third and final part of King Kamali’s interview with Bob Cicherillo – the two discuss Hadi Choopan vs Flex Lewis.

KING’S WORLD – is a digital series starring King Kamali providing the honest truth on all things bodybuilding. Combining King Kamali’s patented blunt opinions with some tried and true informative facts, King’s World aims to expand your mind outside of the usual “rules” behind bodybuilding. Honest opinions, valuable facts, and a whole new way to look at bodybuilding. New episodes air every Tuesday.

In an interesting turn of events, two of the biggest names in the bodybuilding Men’s 212 have moved up to Men’s Open. Flex Lewis announced after winning the Olympia 2018 Men’s 212 that he would begin training for Men’s Open as his next career journey. Then earlier in 2019, Hadi Choopan made a surprise showing in the Vancouver Pro competing in the Men’s Open as well. Will this be his future division or was it a one time thing.

What would be interesting is if Hadi does stay in the Men’s Open category and starts competing against Flex Lewis in the Men’s Open. Both of these competitors have been rivals but never officially got to compete on the biggest stage of the year, The Mr. Olympia, due to Hadi’s visa problems. Should these problems be resolved in the future, we might just see these two face off again… just in the Men’s Open instead.

King Kamali discusses with Bob Cicherillo the popularity behind Hadi Choopan and what makes him such a standout competitor. They discuss how the Men’s Open will treat him… and also muse about the possibility of them facing off in the Men’s Open. Bob Cicherillo also breaks down the real difference between these two competitors and why it would be so exciting to see them face off.
