Bio:
Oksana Grishina is a Russian IFBB-certified Pro fitness bodybuilder and former gymnast. She was born in Kaliningrad, a Russian territory, but grew up in several Russian cities due to her father moving around in the military. When she was 11, she chose to stay in Riga, Latvia, to continue studying gymnastics after her father was reassigned to a Russian city with no gymnastics school. Her parents admired her commitment to her sport and eventually chose to stay in Latvia to support her passion.
Oksana commuted between school, gymnastics, and home as a child and is quoted as saying she “rarely saw [her] parents” while she was training and practicing gymnastics. In 2000, she earned a degree from Kaliningrad University in Physical Training and Sports. She was named Ms. Fitness International in 2014. She earned her IFBB pro card in 2006 and currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
