Lee Haney Releases New Book For Aging Athletes

Golden Era kingpin Lee Haney gives awesome tips to defy age with fitness.

Legendary bodybuilder Lee Haney won eight consecutive Mr. Olympia titles from 1984 to 1991 and to this day remains tied with Ronnie Coleman for most Olympia wins ever. Throughout his career, Haney sought a larger audience, even serving as Chairman to the President’s Council on Fitness during the Clinton administration.


Now at age 58 Haney has released a book, Fit At Any Age, in which he offers strategies for people later in life who want to get fit and improve their bodies

Throughout his career, Haney preached smart training with quotes like “train to stimulate, not annihilate,” and in this book, he will expand on the ideas of smarter training for older populations who are more prone to injury and unlikely do not harbor competitive goals.

Fit at Any Age provides Haney’s look at holistic health, including exercise and nutrition plans, motivation tips, and stress management tactics.
