Leonidas Arkona Strict Curls 105kg/231lbs, Closes in on World Record

Leonidas Arkona strict curls 105kg/231lbs!

The strict curl has become insanely popular these days. Strength athletes like Larry Wheels have been hard at work building their strength in the lift in order to conquer the world record. His Strength Wars co-star Leonidas Arkona is also looking to do the same and is closing in on the record. Recently Leonidas strict curled a massive 105kg/231lbs and made it look relatively easy.

Building quality strength is the mission for every lifter. Even bodybuilders must look to build greater strength if they want to transform their physiques. But for those dedicated to lifting higher numbers, constant improvement in strength is a must.

For the 22 year old Leonidas Arkona building superhuman strength is certainly his goal. Being so young the sky’s the limit for his potential. He may only be 22 but Leonidas has already established himself as one of the strongest lifters in the game today.

He further proved that with a recent strict curl lift. Leonidas Arkona strict curled an incredible 105kg/231lbs as he closes in on the world record of 113kg/249lbs.

This demonstration of strength is truly something to behold. Many lifters have injured themselves chasing big numbers. For the uninitiated lifting 105kg/231lbs simply wouldn’t be an option. But Leonidas Arkona has training himself so thoroughly that he’s built arms fortified for the task.

Now that he has strict curled 105kg/231lbs is it possible for Leonidas to surpass the world record? He still has a ways to go before achieving the feat, but this recent personal best shows that he has the potential to challenge the record.

What do you think about Leonidas Arkona and his strict curl journey?
