Luke Richardson shows ever-growing strength.

Nothing is set in stone if you have a growth mindset. For those who are small-minded and miss the forest for the trees then the future can be bleak and filled with hardships. For those looking to improve upon themselves those hardships are viewed as stepping stones towards glory.

Strength Wars Movie

UK strongman and 2020 Europe’s Strongest Man winner Luke Richardson clearly has the growth mindset.

Rather resting on his laurels and taking his foot off the gas, Richardson is looking to improve his already impressive strength. At only 23 years old the sky is the limit for the UK strongman.

Taking ninth place at the 2020 World’s Strongest Man, Luke Richardson has already proven himself to be world class. Now it’s all about consistent hard work and dedication to his training. With those two elements under his belt, Richardson will be able to make some great gains in the future.

Recently Richardson showed the results of his hard work as he hit a new personal record in the Atlas stone. Lifting 200kg/441lbs, Richardson has shown that he’s just getting started on his strongman journey.

Managed a 200kg stone PB on the beast from @atlasendurance_ in my new @btb_sleeves which are absolutely fantastic! Need to keep progressing the heights with these heavier stones

What do you think of the incredible strength of Luke Richardson?
