Recovering from Shoulder Injury, Luke Stoltman Demolishes Massive Log and Bench Press

Luke Stoltman showing some pretty major strength.

Strongman Luke Stoltman is a man on a mission. While still not one hundred percent after suffering a shoulder injury, Stoltman is battling back and looking to put up serious numbers.

With the 2020 World’s Strongest Man ahead, Luke Stoltman has been hard at work improving his strength.

Just recently the strongman competitor put up impressive numbers on both the log press and bench press. He lifted 215 kg in the log press as seen below.

Back on the log today after an awesome day filming with @reignbodyfuel??

Hit a 215kg log and made it look harder than it should have been!?

Shoulder is almost all good again.
Huge thanks to @caledoniasportsclinic and @angelene_sports_massage for the treatments the last few weeks. Helping a lot!
Last time I did log I failed a 180kg ?

3 weeks to put 15kg on. Let’s see what happens ??‍♂️??‍♂️??

His bench press was also very impressive, pushing 180 kg for three reps.

Pressing tonight with the help of @reignbodyfuel ???
Shoulder feeling better every day now!
Hopefully be fully recovered by the WR attempts!
180kg for sets of 3 feeling nice and comfortable.

Luke Stoltman is getting stronger everyday. It will be interesting to see how he performs as time passes and his injury heals.
