When it comes to bodybuilding diets there’s no doubt that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s meal plan is pretty damn intense. It packs all the macronutrients you’d need for a bulk, the protein, the carbs, and the fats all broken down into precise percentages, all of it in large servings. It’s definitely not a diet that a normal person should take on, something we’ve highlighted previously. But it seems someone else has taken up The Rock’s diet challenge and completed the whole things without so much as a frown.
