Bio:
Markus Rühl is a German IFBB-certified pro bodybuilder. A former soccer player, Rühl sustained serious injuries to his legs in his 20s and was advised by his physical therapist to train in the gym. He was at first just a fitness enthusiast who supported himself working as a used car salesman. He went pro in 1998.
In addition to his career as a bodybuilder, Rühl has released four training videos.
