Ryan John Baptiste Too Monstrous For Men’s Physique, Moves To Classic Division

Everything is change.

The current landscape of bodybuilding has changed drastically from the days of the lightweight and heavyweight divisions back in the old days. These days there are so many divisions to be apart of that you’d think the sport was turning into boxing where every five pounds you have a new division and champion. While some fans may hate that the sport is growing in this direction the truth of the matter is that certain people lack the genetics to be a mass monster. Not everyone can be Phil Heath after all. So divisions like men’s physique began to pop up to give other individuals a chance at glory. But even for competitors in this division making the top ten is difficult simply for having too much muscle mass. For Ryan John Baptiste this was exactly the case.

A staple of the men’s physique division, Ryan John Baptiste has always carried a great deal of muscle on his frame. While he may not have been big enough to compete in the open weight division, Baptiste did have a lean enough frame to join the ranks of men’s physique. His chosen division however focuses less on massive muscle and more on having a lean physique which is why he’s had a difficult time taking the top spot. But with time and additional growth it appears that Baptiste has been forced to make a tough decision and change division. His post below highlights his plans for his new future in the classic physique division.

So guys just to let you know – I will be stepping into Classic Physique. I feel this category is what will suit me the best, being able to show off my physique properly. It’s a BIG move I know, but for me an exciting one. I get to pose to my own music lol! ?? _ So from today I will be sharing my journey with you from Men’s Physique to Classic Physique . It will be hard but I’m ready – hope you guys will find this journey to the Classic Physique stage inspiring which will help you with your own goals. . Oh yeah and I’ll be the first ??Classic Physique ???
