Resurrection! Alongside Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr, Oscar De La Hoya Plans Boxing Return

Oscar De La Hoya to make his return!

It seems like everyone is jumping onto the resurrection train. While Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr are set for their return to the boxing ring, it appears that another legend is following in their footsteps.

For years now Oscar De La Hoya hinted at a possible return to the ring. Now it appears that he’s finally making the leap.

Oscar De La Hoya reportedly broke the news to ESPN.

“The rumors are true, and I’m going to start sparring in the next few weeks.”

It’s certainly a shocking move, especially considering that he’s 12 years removed from his final bout against Manny Pacquiao.

But things are a bit less alarming especially considering that veterans like Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr are also making their returns.

While no training has been released of De La Hoya training yet, there is plenty of footage of Tyson and Jones out on the internet.

Will Oscar De La Hoya look equally as impressive in his comeback?
