Bodybuilding Legend Miroslaw Daszkiewicz Dead At 60

Polish bodybuilding legend Miroslaw Daszkiewicz, dies at 60.

The bodybuilding community is facing yet another lost of a bodybuilding legend. Miroslaw Daszkiewicz, a bodybuilder well known in Poland, died at the age of 60.

According to sources, Miroslaw Daszkiewicz was struggling with a very serious illness and passed away on May 5, 2020.

Miroslaw was a very successful amateur bodybuilder in the IFBB and he also competed at the 1992 Mr. Olympia.

Miroslaw was the first ever Polish competitor to win in the IFBB World Amateur Championships by winning the Light-Heavyweight class in 1991. He also won the European Amateur Championships in 1989 by winning the overall Light-Heavyweight class.

Miroslaw Daszkiewicz retired from pro bodybuilding in 1993, but later returned in 2011 to compete in a Masters competition. He also owned a gym in Żagań, Poland.
