Mr. Supernatural’s Physique May Hold The Craziest Proportions In Bodybuilding

by GI Team Updated by GI Team on Jun 23, 2017

This man’s physique is inhuman.

When it comes to building a perfect physique the notion will always be different depending on the individual. Most of us here on the GI Team are partial to the classic physiques of the Golden Era of bodybuilding. They were neither too bulky nor would any confuse those frames with being puny either. It was the time of athletes like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Frank Zane. A time when the vacuum had to be apart of your posing routine or face humiliation when you step out on stage.

While the mass monsters of today are equally impressive just based on the shear amount of muscle they’re able to pack onto their frames, the classic physiques of old were a much more attainable and more aesthetic. It makes you wonder about the good old days where bodybuilders didn’t worry simply about building muscle, but what they were doing with that muscle. The days where bodybuilding champions like Schwarzenegger and his close friend Franco Columbu competing in other strength based competitions. There’s no way that you could watch Pumping Iron and not be amazed at the fact that Columbu was able to lift a car with general ease. The kind of strength along with the powerful physique Franco possessed was the name of the game back then.

Now there appears to be another bodybuilder who has appeared on the scene that shares those same kind of ideologies. Reginald Miles, also known as “Mr. Supernatural”, is a man who not only competes in bodybuilding competitions, but also powerlifting as well. He’s a two time world powerlifting champion. But his powerlifting credentials aside, Mr. Supernatural possesses the kind of physique that seems completely unbelievable yet still harkens back to the days of old where bodybuilding was more about aesthetics than anything else. Check out his Instagram posting below for his insane proportions.
