Nataliya Kuznetsova Has Left Humanity Behind

Nataliya is defying the human form.

Shaping the body can feel like a pretty simple task in the beginning. Lift some weights, eat some protein and you grow muscle. Easy right? Except that after the newbie gains you’ll hit a wall that isn’t so simple to break through. Bodybuilding is difficult for men, so the reality that growing a lot of muscle even more difficult for women should be apparent.

While many women want to get in great shape, they don’t want to do so at the expense of their femininity. But there are some women who want to be as massive as the male bodybuilders in the Open Weight division. While there will be those who disagree with such a notion, there are others that are simply impressed by all the hard work a person has to put in to be able to pack on so much muscle. Nataliya Kuznetsova is an example of a female bodybuilder seeking to push the boundaries of her body.

Holding records in the deadlift and bench press, it’s pretty apparent that Nataliya Kuznetsova is your typical female competitor. She isn’t aiming to be average. Instead, it seems that her goal is to push past perceived limitations for what a woman can achieve. Nataliya Kuznetsova is making a strong case as she has packed on an insane amount of muscle onto her frame. This Instagram post is just another example of how far Nataliya Kuznetsova has pushed her body in order to achieve a absolutely mind blowing physique.
