While everyone else is at home trying to figure out how to maintain their gains, Nathan De Asha is putting in work at his gym. The top ten bodybuilder is still training hard despite the pandemic.

Nathan De Asha was set to make his comeback at the Arnold Classic 2020. Unfortunately the coronavirus stopped that in its tracks.

While he didn’t have a chance to show his work at the Arnold Classic, Nathan De Asha is still training hard. Rather than stay cooped up at home, De Asha has his own gym to train out of to keep his gains.

Recently Nathan De Asha tackled the challenge of the 220 Lbs dumbbell bench press. Take a look at the incredible feat.
