It’s no secret that the bodybuilding community has never really looked favorably on  crossfit. Many look at it as a fad, a set of exercises taken from multiple disciplines that are performed at a high intensity level with the goal of breaking personal records with every training session. The bodybuilding community views it as an impractical and dangerous endeavor that could ultimately lead to some pretty devastating injuries.


In defense of crossfit, many of the injuries that individuals sustain are due in part to poor teachers and training methods. The idea of hefting a considerable amount of weight in the air at break neck speeds just seems to be recipe for disaster. That said, if one is disciplined, studies good form and remains controlled in their approach, then crossfit can be a great strength training system.

Crossfit has attracted a plethora of people who are avid about fitness and performance. Now it appears that Kai Greene is looking to experiment with crossfit as well.

Sometimes breaking up the monotony of training can be key to keeping you motivated to get into the gym. Kai Greene is a man who has always looked to innovate and experiment in order to bring himself to the next level physically, mentally, and monetarily.

In a latest post on his Instagram, Kai Greene has once again showcased his versatility as he experiments with a different kind of exercise than he’s used to.
