Olga Siebert Begins Fitness Career From Nothing

This Ukrainian woman changed her life through bodybuilding and fitness.

Olga Siebert is 29-year-old young woman from Pforzheim, Germany. Her town boasts no fancy gyms or famous competitions. Olga works as a goldsmith and amateur photographer, but she has somehow found an organic way to pursue a life of fitness, accumulating over 40,000 Instagram followers in a very short period of time.

The Ukranian bodybuilder told PZ, “In the past, I was not really athletic – never fat, but also not well-trained.”

She first started going to the gym in 2011 in order to spend more time with her husband. Workouts were bland and absentminded, cardio work with occasional calisthenics.

Then after a while her husband took her to a bodybuilding show and her outlook changed completely. She was completely enthralled by the competitors in the Bikini Division.

“I really liked that, that’s what I wanted to look like.”

Olga began intensifying her diet and training. She learned everything she could about proper training and quickly developed a well toned and balanced body. In 2013 she entered the 40th International South German Championship and took second in the bikini category.

Olga says she first started posting on Instagram just to share her passions with her friends and find a way to express her results to the world, now with 40 thousand followers the Ukranian says she posts at least one picture a day and shares her key to Instagram growth.

“Above all, you have to publish photos regularly – that’s the most important thing – the time also matters – during lunch breaks and after work, the pictures are better Users themselves on the road, the attention is not so big. “

She plans for her channel to grow with her competitive aspirations, but really just wants to serve as inspiration, both for the average follower, and for the person who does not feel as if they can organically grow a career path in bodybuilding.

Perhaps it is her lightheartedness that makes her so successful.

“My life takes place outside the internet, so if people do not care about my channel one day, that’s just it – it’s definitely not the end of the world!”
