In Prep for the Olympia, Nathan De Asha Trains Biceps With Massive 42 Kg Dumbbells

Nathan De Asha works biceps with some heavy dumbbells.

The global health crisis is still going strong making live events scarce. While the UFC appears to have a handle on the situation, many other events have been cancelled due to the health risks.

That said, the recent Tampa Pro show should offer some encouragement for those waiting to see if the Olympia will go on as planned. The athletes continue their preparation undeterred. One of those athletes is Nathan De Asha who hopes to bring his best to the stage.

After being away from competition for quite awhile, Nathan De Asha is no doubt chomping at the bit to get back on stage. With his natural gifts, De Asha is hoping to shock onlookers at the 2020 Olympia.

In order to do that, proper preparation is needed. The talented bodybuilder is hard at work in the gym and is hoping to bring something impressive this year. The video below showcases just how hard De Asha is working and could truly be a force to be reckoned with this December.
