Whether or not your a bodybuilder or even into fitness at all – odds are you’ve heard about having a “spotter.” A training partner who helps make sure you don’t get crushed under that last bench press rep. But a training partner is also much more. Her or she can be a motivator to get up and hit the gym on the worst days when you really don’t want to; and also extra motivation during those last few reps of your final set. A training partner can help keep your form in check. He or she can share tips with you on how to improve your workout. The list goes on.

But some people prefer to lift alone. Why? Because sometimes a training partner can be a huge pain in the ass. Jeff Logan breaks down the real pros and cons of having a training partner in our latest episode above. Check it out!
