Rafael Brandao has gained a solid 11lbs of muscle.

The global health crisis certainly had a major effect on bodybuilding over the past year. Many top flight bodybuilders were forced to sit out the Olympia for a number of reasons. One of those reasons was contracting the sickness. That’s exactly what happened to Rafael Brandao. But now that he’s back to training, Rafael Brandao has packed on 11lbs of muscle mass.

Rafael Brandao has always been a lighter weight bodybuilder. Despite that he’s acquitted himself well in Men’s Open Bodybuilding. But being undersized has still been the biggest drawback to Brandao’s goals of becoming a champion. As such it appears that he’s endeavored to pack on more muscle to his frame.

Taking His Game to a New Level

In a recent Instagram post, Rafael Brandao showcased the new muscle he’s packed on during the off season.

Getting to the Olympia stage is no simple task. In fact most bodybuilders will never have the opportunity of stepping on stage with the best of the best. Those that make it to the Olympia stage have set themselves apart as one of the one percent who stand above all others.

Rafael Brandao is no doubt one of the one percent and has what it takes to impress in 2021.
