Arnold Loves Lucy.

We all know Arnold Schwarzenegger was destined for super stardom after his breakthrough turn in the docudrama Pumping Iron. People couldn’t get enough of the Austrian bodybuilder whose outspoken approach, confident demeanor, and psychological mind games made him a true pioneer of the sport. He showed that some bodybuilders had that edge, that personality that could breakthrough into mainstream culture. That personality and charisma has carried him from being an average bodybuilder to one of the highest paid actors in the world, not to mention a stint as governor of California.

Arnold is a man who always has a plan and he made it his business to ensure that he’d have a career after his reign as the world’s best bodybuilder. He became an action movie icon in the 80’s and 90’s, a man that many fans look up to even to this day. But before he was tearing up the screen in Predator and The Terminator, Arnold found his way onto the small screen in some pretty comedic roles that made it very apparent that he was no one trick pony.
