Shawn Ray catches up with Roelly Winklaar in Beijing at the Amateur Mr. Olympia competition.

Roelly Winklaar has had a great year – finally landing a first place victory at the Arnold Classic Australia. But in his opinion it was too little, too late. He needs to come in at top physical shape on time and at the right competition. He would have much rather came in on point and in first place in Ohio than Australia.

That’s not to take away from his achievement this year – but with his eyes on Mr. Olympia 2018 – he needs to focus on coming in perfect conditioning at the exact right timing… and not after.
