Ronnie Coleman drops some knowledge on Instagram.

There’s no denying that Ronnie Coleman is one of the most recognizable bodybuilders to ever step onto a posing stage. With eight straight Olympia wins, Ronnie Coleman was able to tie Lee Haney’s illustrious record and enter rarified air. Coleman has cemented himself as one of the best bodybuilders in history. That’s what makes the current state of his physical health such a major downer.

Ronnie Coleman has had a number of hip surgeries and has also injured his back during his bodybuilding journey.
