Sadik Is Doing Deadlifts Like A Beast In The Off Season

Improve or perish.

If 2016 showed us anything, it’s to expect the unexpected. No one could have guessed that Dennis Wolf would be injured and out of the Olympia. No one saw Kevin Levrone coming out of retirement and trying to compete at the most important bodybuilding competition of the year. No one thought Phil Heath would win that same competition once again. Well, maybe not that last one. But one thing that was unexpected is where Sadik Hadzovic ended up placing in the classic physique category.

Strength Wars Movie

After leaving men’s physique behind, Sadik Hadzovic would join the ranks of the newly minted classic physique division where his larger frame may have been more suited. Unfortunately for the talented bodybuilder a win wasn’t in the cards as he took third place at the Olympia. It was a shocker for all involved including Sadik himself who put up a good effort in his first venture outside of the ranks of the men’s physique division. But muscle maturity takes time and Sadik has yet to hit the sweet spot with his new physique, meaning that he still has more time before he gets to his absolute perfect form.

After his showing at the Olympia, Sadik has made it clear that he’s ready to do what it takes to improve his physique for 2017. Rather than take a break and ramp things down, Sadik has chosen to push himself during this off season in hopes of making the gains needed to bring himself to his ultimate form. That means training hard and improving on his weak points as well as his strengths. By the looks of the video below, improving his back and his delts are a main focus for the off season.

Do you think Sadik can make the needed improvements?
