Old School Lab has now taken a massive step forward by signing Samir “The Lion Of Lebanon,” Bannout as a Brand Ambassador. Bannout of course won Mr. Olympia in 1983 and is considered by many to be among the greatest bodybuilders in history. Bannout competed in bodybuilding for 22 years and more than 50 competitions. In 2002, he was inducted into the IFBB Hall of Fame, joining the ranks of immortal athletes before him.

Founder and CEO of Old School Labs Tarke Sidani told PRWeb, “Samir represents everything we admire about the art of bodybuilding. Not only was he a dedicated and enthusiastic competitor, but he understood that there’s an aesthetic and dynamic aspect to bodybuilding, that it’s not just about mass and size.

“Samir is one of the great ones and we look forward to working with him, not only in promoting our products, but to continue to share the philosophy and ideals of the ‘Golden Era’ of bodybuilding with athletes around the world.”

It’s always nice to see great bodybuilders form strong partnerships with companies they believe in. In the last several years some major stars have been subject to shady deals and business ventures, many with corrupt or unreliable supplement companies. Solid partnerships like this are best for company and athlete. Of course they also help bring strong products to the larger community.

Bannout says, “Basically, I was tired of supplement companies taking shortcuts and producing inferior products packed with fillers and artificial ingredients. When I learned about Old School Labs and tried their products, I realized that here was a supplement manufacturer still doing things right. I wanted to join their team as much as they wanted me to join, so it was a great match.”
