Sergi Constance Moving To Classic Physique, Looks Massive Next To Big Ramy and Regan Grimes

In any sporting endeavor, training to get to the next level is an important aspect of being a high level competitor. If you wish to reach the pinnacle of your chosen sport then that means you have to look to constantly improve upon your gifts and shore up your weaknesses. It’s also important to utilize hindsight in order to have proper foresight to see where you need to go next. It appears that both Sergi Constance and Regan Grimes have taken to that mindset rather nicely.

While training out in Kuwait, up and comer Regan Grimes has begun his new journey at his new home at Oxygen Gym. Regan Grimes realized that if he hopes to make a big impression the next time he steps on stage then he had to make the move to Kuwait for his career. Like Grimes, Sergi Constance has apparently realized that if he hopes to breathe fresh air into his own bodybuilding career that something had to change. Rather than remain in Men’s Physique, Sergi Constance has instead decided to move to the Classic Physique division where he could put on more size to suit his frame.

While out in Kuwait, both Sergi Constance and Regan Grimes bumped into each other after training. The two also happened to run into top open weight bodybuilder and 2017 Olympia runner-up Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay. The three of them took a photo that has since been posted on social media. What’s surprising about the image is just how much bigger Sergi Constance has become in his bid to compete in the Classic Physique division. Take a look at the post below to get an idea of what we’re talking about.

First day training with @abdullah_84otb at @o2_gyms feeling very welcomed by the people and getting settled in nicely! Post workout seeing @big_ramy giving me extra motivation to get HUGE! And my bro @sergiconstance getting bigger by the day moving up to Classic! #BpiSports #Kuwait #OneMoreRep @bpi_sports @official_otomix @doyoueven
