Seth Feroce squatted, deadlifted, and benched a grand total of 20,000 pounds in six minutes.

Seth Feroce might not be competing on the bodybuilding stage anymore but he has kept his physique in top shape. Not only that, he has maintained his insane strength and recently showed it off during a weightlifting challenge that he has extended to fans.

Feroce put together a successful career on stage before continuing to build his brand in retirement from competition. He has become known for his rants that express his opinion on many issues and topics around bodybuilding. Inside the gym, Feroce remains active putting together some massive workouts. Recently, Feroce challenged his viewers to join him to lift until reaching a total of 20,000 pounds across three lifts of their choosing.

“The video you’re about to watch is me completing 20,000 pounds lifted cumulatively between squats, deadlifts, and bench press with 135. In order to get to 20,000 pounds with 135 pounds, you have to get 150 reps.”

Feroce spoke briefly on the challenge before hitting the weights and completing this challenge in six short minutes.

Seth Feroce's recent rant came about steroid and TRT.

Seth Feroce Crushes 20,000-Pound Challenge

Seth Feroce began his video by explaining the process and explaining how he was going to attack it. He chose the three prominent lifts and set up each exercise with weight that he could handle to bang out quick reps.

“You have to pick a weight on the barbell and lift that cumulatively to get to 20,000 pounds. Any exercises you want so I was like okay, bench, squat, deadlift. I can do all those and I can do a lot of them, anywhere between 135 and 225 pounds but how quick can you get that done?”

Following the completion of the workout, Seth Feroce spoke on the taxing work that he just put in.

“Six minutes and one second. I lost count and I ended up doing 155 reps with 135 to get a grand total of 20,000 pounds, in like 20,950 pounds or some sh*t like that I think is what it was. Passed. Put myself through it. My thing is, I think this is one that everybody could do.”

The challenge is out there. Feroce wants viewers to attempt this workout and share their times in completing. It is about strength and perseverance but also planning as the bars must be set up with weight that can be handled for many reps.
