Shanique Grant Has The Crazy Proportions Of An Alpha Female

The true female alpha.

All of you bodybuilding fans out there are focused on who the alpha male is and that’s fine. After all, bodybuilding was once a solely male dominated endeavor in the first place, so it’s not really all that shocking. But focusing solely on the open weight division can prove to be equal parts intriguing and a bit boring as well. Sometimes you have to branch out and see other sides of the sport in order to appreciate the greatness of the open weight division. Another division that can be pretty interesting is the women’s physique division.

“What?! That’s what you come back with?! The women’s physique division?”

Yeah that’s right. In a way, what they do truly defies science. Men are always considered to be the ones that should be shredded and have crazy proportions. But the women’s physique does the same without going too overboard. Women’s physique is female bodybuilding that harkens back to the old days where competitors were expected to maintain a feminine frame while building quality muscle. That’s exactly what we see from competitors like Shanique Grant.

After being on the shelf for quite some time now, Shanique Grant is making her climb back to the top. She was stabbed just before the 2016 Olympia meaning that she was unable to compete at the biggest bodybuilding show of the year. It was an unfortunate event, but it seems that Grant is coming back better than ever. Her recent Instagram posts showcase just how amazing Shanique Grant’s physique is. Check out the undeniably alpha proportions of Shanique Grant in the post below.
