Conor McGregor and Mike Tyson seem to be starting a feud of their own.
Just when you thought the Conor McGregor versus Floyd Mayweather madness couldn’t get anymore crazy, it appears that a boxing icon and veteran of the sweet science has decided to chime in on his thoughts on the potential biggest match in boxing’s long history. Mike Tyson doesn’t think the brash Irishman has much of a chance in his bout against arguably the best boxer to ever lace up the gloves.
Many aren’t giving Conor McGregor much of a chance against Floyd Mayweather and with good reason. Mayweather has been boxing his entire life so the prospect of a mixed martial artist being able to get the job done does sound ludicrous and Tyson believes that thought process holds true. Tyson claims that Conor McGregor will get knocked out by Mayweather. But McGregor isn’t sitting silentin regards to the boxing legend as he fired back some verbal jabs of his own.
Referencing Don King is a real low blow against Mike Tyson of all people, but Conor McGregor has never been one to play nice. It appears that McGregor is making a great deal of enemies en route to his bout with Floyd Mayweather. Despite that fact, you can bet ‘The Notorious’ is going to have a ton of support from mixed martial arts and Irish fans alike.
