Snoop Dogg Trashes Gayle King, Says Her Kobe Bryant Comments Racially Motivated

Snoop Dogg is none too pleased with Gayle King over Kobe Bryant comments.

After an interview with WNBA star Lisa Leslie went viral, Gayle King has received major backlash. In the interview, Gayle King brought up Kobe Bryant and asked Leslie about the basketball star’s sexual assault allegations.

At a time when many are grieving the death of Kobe Bryant, his daughter, and their friends who passed in the tragic helicopter accident on January 26, 2020, many believed King’s comments were in poor taste.

Gayle King has come under attack from a multitude of different figures after the Lisa Leslie interview. One of those individuals is legendary rapper and recording artist Snoop Dogg.

Filled with frustration and anger over the framing of Kobe Bryant by King, Snoop Dogg took to Instagram to voice his opinion on the situation and exactly how he felt about the comments.

Snoop Dogg would go on to make several additional posts, claiming that Gayle King’s comments and framing were racially biased. Snoop Dogg points to the fact that King has not made comments in regards to other prominent figures accused of sexual assault, namely Harvey Weinstein who is currently on trial in New York. Snoop even went the extra mile and shared a post that featured both Gayle King and Harvey Weinstein sitting together, enthusiastic smiles painting on their faces.
