Perfect protein snack for chocolate lovers.

Not too long after the product launched, we reviewed PEScience’s first real edible supplement, the Select Protein Bar. It proved to be much better than expected, delivering a combination of taste and texture that just as the brand promised, is unlike any other protein bar on the market.

We got to try both of the Select Protein Bar flavors, Chocolate Peanut Butter and the sweet White Chocolate Raspberry. We’re now back with another review for the product, this time we’ve got the brand’s recently released third Select Protein Bar flavor, Chocolate Fudge Brownie.

Review

Just like the first two Select Protein Bar flavors, PEScience’s Chocolate Fudge Brownie has a nice easy to eat consistency. Its body has a smooth, comfortable thickness that you can bite through with ease and chew without any fear of an unpleasant aftertaste.

As for the actual flavor of the Chocolate Fudge Brownie Select Protein Bar, PEScience has outdone itself once again. The product is indeed a chocolate lover’s protein bar, featuring layers of hard, sweet chocolate, and a very real fudge brownie like body.

It is the protein bar’s body that really makes the product as good as it is. The hard, realistic chocolate is great but mixed in with that equally realistic brownie body, leaves you with a chocolate loaded experience that almost instantly rids you of any sweet tooth cravings you might have had.

Summary

PEScience’s Chocolate Fudge Brownie is a solid addition to its Select Protein Bar menu. The product now covers protein bar fans in a number of areas with White Chocolate Raspberry being a nice sweet solution, Chocolate Fudge Brownie the more intense option, and Chocolate Peanut Butter a good balance of both.
