Now Over 50 Years Old, Stan ‘The Rhino’ Efferding Is Still An Absolute Beast

Stan ‘The Rhino’ Efferding is still impressive.

You’ll hear so many average Joes explain how it’s impossible to remain in great shape after the age of forty. These individuals claim that remaining jacked and shredded at such an advanced age simply isn’t realistic. But that notion has been proven wrong time and again. Some individuals have the genetic make up, the extreme diligence and work ethic to remain in great shape even after the age of forty.

Some individuals have supreme genetics, allowing their bodies to remain in some great condition despite their age. Some have used the right supplementation to ensure that they hold onto their gains and keep an impressive physical form. In the case of Stan ‘The Rhino’ Efferding, The World’s Strongest Bodybuilder, both instances seem to be the case.

Having competed in powerlifting and bodybuilding for years, Stan ‘The Rhino’ Efferding has proven himself to be a high level athlete with some great knowledge gained through years of experience. Efferding made the shift to powerlifting to bodybuilding and was able to compete in both for a long while. He had already acquired great strength from powerlifting, so his journey to bodybuilding was designed simply to take his physique to new heights and he did.

Now over 50 years of age you would think that Stan ‘The Rhino’ Efferding would have slowed down, potentially lose all of his gains. But that notion couldn’t be farther from reality as this Instagram post demonstrates nicely.

What do you think of Stan ‘The Rhino’ Efferding and his current physique at 50 years of age?
