Steve Cook and Erica Lugo are Set to Make their Debut on The Biggest Loser on January 28

Steve Cook and Erica Lugo are bringing a new look to the long running series.

One of the most popular reality television programs ever, The Biggest Loser has captured the heart of fans and has inspired millions to take their fitness seriously. Many people have been inspired by the stories and competitors on this hit show to choose a path of health and wellness.


As we enter into a new decade, The Biggest Loser is looking to shake things up and has added some new blood to inject a whole new energy into the show.

IFBB Pro and Men’s Physique competitor Steve Cook is joining The Biggest Loser to lend his expertise in diet and exercise to the new competitors looking to make a massive change in their lives. The Generation Iron 2 star has a passion for helping others reach their ultimate fitness goals and he’s bringing that drive and vigor to The Biggest Loser.

Erica Lugo, a trainer who has faced the harrowing task of battling through cancer and as well as losing 150 lbs, will joining The Biggest Loser team alongside Steve Cook.

It looks like The Biggest Loser franchise is looking to reinvigorate the long running series and bring some new and fresh ideas to the successful formula. Premiering January 30 on the USA Network, The Biggest Loser is sure to bring in new and veteran fans alike. With Steve Cook and Erica Lugo joining the team there’s no doubt that the competitors will get in some tremendous shape and help to turn their fitness dreams into a reality!
