  1. Well, just gonna post this, not sure how is the reaction here. In Asia, we eat a lot of Tilapia, and this is one of our favorite dishes, fish with ginger paste. As with this video, it is because of the inflammatory of Omega 6. But ginger is an anti-inflammatory powerhouse. Would be good if Jerry would comment on this.

  3. China farmed tilapia are fed feces to cut feeding costs. There also high in omega 6 fatty acids which cause inflammation of the joints. It has 10x less omega 3 than salmon for the same portion. Basically its a shit fish and you shouldnt eat it. Saved you 10 mins x
