The other a master of lifting the most amount of weight in one lift as possible. Who will win in this custom exercise run created to evenly pit the two together? Let’s find out!
This competition contains the following run:
– Pull Ups 30kg / 66lbs – 20 reps
– Dips 60kg / 132lbs – 20 reps
– Squats 120kg / 265lbs – 20 reps
