After Taking Second Place At The Olympia, Chris Bumstead Is Motivated And Hard At Work In The Gym

Chris Bumstead could become a champion some day soon.

The bodybuilding game is all about making constant improvements. In a way it’s very similar to mixed martial arts training. Both endeavors require that the athlete must improve upon their skills, bolstering both their strengths and weaknesses. In order to continually grow and reach their final form there must be a dedication to constant and continued growth. It’s something that athletes at the highest levels of their sport come to understand. If you want to secure victory and become a champion, you can never be content with your last showing. It’s the kind of mindset that Chris Bumstead has adapted.

In his very first Olympia showing, Chris Bumstead was able to impress the crowd and the judges, ultimately taking second place in the Classic Physique category. But while he had an incredible physique at the show, it still wasn’t enough to overcome eventual winner Breon Ansley. While he didn’t get the top spot at the Olympia, it was enough of an impressive showing that it has given Chris Bumstead enough of a confidence to make him believe that he has a chance at eventually becoming a champion.

With the Olympia in the rear view, Chris Bumstead is already looking forward and taking his last showing in stride. Now new motivation has sparked and is pushing him to improve upon his physique for the 2018 Olympia. Bumstead is already back in the gym and looks to be pushing himself harder than before.

What do you think of the future of Chris Bumstead in Classic Physique?
