UPDATE: Tavi Castro has announced the initial court date set in an Instagram post made on December 25th. The court date will be on February 5th, 2020 in Haarlem, Netherlands. See the post below:

Entrepreneur and bodybuilder Tavi Castro is being extorted by his business partner in an attempt to take over the Body Engineers brand.

According to the Body Engineers Owner and CEO, Tavi Castro, the brand is being extorted by a business partner by the name of Peter Versluis. In the Instagram Live video below, Tavi Castro goes into further detail about the incident that has been plaguing him and the Body Engineers team for six months.

He has had people break into our home and our HQ , he has rejected any peaceful resolution we have offered, including resolutions where he earns large amounts of money in exchange for our peace. We are afraid for our safety and we just want our company back , our peace of mind, our freedom to create , love , and to move forward.
