The DCEU Black Adam film is sure to explode at the box office with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson portraying the characters. The Rock has been training hard for the role of Black Adam and recently shared his chest and triceps training routine he’s doing in prep for the film.

Always known for pushing himself in his workouts, The Rock looks extra motivated for this one. The actor has been a major fan of the DC comics character for quite some time. You can be sure that The Rock will be putting his all into prepping for this film.

Like any good superhero or supervillain, The Rock is being sure to build a powerful chest and arms to show off on the big screen. Check out his full chest and triceps routine below.

Friday night #BlackAdamTraining ⚡️

2nd workout of the day (first workout is morning cardio on an empty stomach)

– Chest/triceps split.

Chest.
3 giant sets – 4 exercises per set working all angles of the chest.
Fly movement
Chest press
Incline press
Finish with body weight dips til failure.

Keep the rest at a minimum, just enough to recover.

Triceps.
Same protocol as chest.
3 giant sets. 4 different movements that engage all heads of the tricep.

Push yourself to the limit but be smart with the weight. No ego training.

The work is very hard but it’s why we play the game. Plus, if it comes easy – it’s boring.

More to come and finish your week strong 💪🏾💪🏾
