This Bodybuilder’s Shoulder To Waist Ratio Is So Insane It’s A Y Taper!

Wesley Vissers has built an incredible physique.

Bodybuilding in the modern era has gone on to promote mass monsters as the greatest athletes in the sport. While they may be able to pack the most muscle onto their frame, many believe that bodybuilding should be more about the classic look. In fact that thought process is responsible for why the IFBB created the Classic Physique division. But even before it’s creation, their were advocates of classic bodybuilding already. One such individual is Wesley Vissers.

A bodybuilder influence by the Golden Era of bodybuilding, Wesley Vissers is a bodybuilder whose always been more concerned with having a classic physique rather than pack on ridiculous amounts of muscle. Instead, he focused on building a form that would ensure that his waist remained small, his shoulders and arms getting full and muscular, and his legs getting in great condition to have that classical X shaped physique.

Wesley Vissers and other proponents for classic bodybuilding will often focus on building a great V taper where the shoulders, arms and lats on packed with adequate muscle while maintaining a defined, shredded, and small waist. Having a V taper is one of the requirements of building a classic physique. But it seems that Wesley Visssers has pushed the envelope and ensured that he’s created a form that looks truly incredible. Rather than a V taper, people are calling what Wesley Vissers has been able to build a Y taper. Take a look at the Instagram post below for the image of Wesley Vissers’ incredible shoulder to waist ratio.
