Charlie horse, cramp, we’ve all been there. It’s the middle of night, you make one false move, and before you know it there’s an inkling of pain at the base of your calf. You feel it coming on, but there’s nothing you can do about it, all you can do is clench and endure the pain. Well after watching  this video you’ll consider every cramp you’ve ever had before child’s play.

In the youtube video below, a guy watching t.v. gets one of the most killer calf cramps we’ve ever scene. His muscle transforms from a baseball side crevice, to a shark bite, to an alien head, all in just over a minute. The freakiest part is that the guy is dead calm throughout the whole ordeal while his family freaks the F@$& out in the background. We don’t know if this guy’s a builder or not but we hope he fights fires or some other dangerous job because he’s definitely cool under pressure.
