Top Workout Fails Of The Week: Is That Lifting Or Humping?

Some of the worst form we’ve seen in the gym transforms pumping iron into humping iron.

TOP WORKOUT FAILS OF THE WEEK – is a weekly digital series highlighting the best (or worst?) workout fails submitted to Generation Iron and GymFuckery. Combining training injuries, ego lifts, extremely bad form, and even worse decisions. This digital greatest hits of workout fails will make you cringe and laugh to wash away to work week. New episodes every Friday.

We’re back with another week of some of the most cringe-worthy, painful, and downright hilarious workout fails we’ve seen submitted these past seven days. Powered by Gym Fuckery.

This week’s major trend seems to be poor form in the gym. But there’s a difference between poor form… and whatever it is we are seeing in these videos. Some of these exercises (or attempts at exercises) seem to come from people who have absolutely no idea how to use certain machines. This even extends to free weights – one particular video shows off a gym goer lifting iron with such bad form it basically looks like he’s humping a plate. Might not want to touch that one after he’s done.

There’s also a few one offs that showcase some stuff we’ve never seen before in the gym. Such as a woman who is working out with her pet human girlfriend(?) sitting close by on a leash. Dominatrix’s need to get a workout too.
