It might be hard to breathe after watching these throat slamming workout fails.

TOP WORKOUT FAILS OF THE WEEK – is a weekly digital series highlighting the best (or worst?) workout fails submitted to Generation Iron and GymFuckery. Combining training injuries, ego lifts, extremely bad form, and even worse decisions. This digital greatest hits of workout fails will make you cringe and laugh to wash away to work week. New episodes every Friday.

Another week and another round of the top workout fails caught on camera. You’d be surprised just how many strange, painful, and hilarious fails get submitted every single day. This week’s main theme lands more on the painful side – with some air grasping throat injuries while lifting heavy weight.

Key word here is to always know your limits and to not be an idiot in the gym. While these workout fails might make some of you laugh – it will most likely make more of you cringe and grasp your throat. No one wants to risk getting seriously hurt and a big way to avoid that is to be smart. Sure, these videos are entertaining but it’s not worth the potential permanent damage that can be done to your body. So use these videos as more of a cautionary tale – this is what NOT to do when you workout at the gym. Perhaps for some it will be a wake up call. For others… just enjoy the ride!
