Travis Ortmayer shows some next level strength.
One of the strongest humans on Earth, Travis Ortmayer recently trained with 2017 America’s Strongest Man Jerry Pritchett. Coming off of a knee injury, Travis Ortmayer looked to get back to work and push himself to go heavy on a frame carry.
Carrying 890 Lbs, Ortmayer showed some truly impressive strength in this training session. The strongman competitor and coach had this to say about his recent training.
890 lbs Frame Carry!! I trained Farmer’s Walk several weeks ago, but I wasn’t able to recently due to a swollen knee… and it showed when ripped a callus off both hands. ? I was pretty surprised that it moved so well even though I only made it about 30 feet. It’s not always wise to go heavy on an event that you haven’t trained for in a long time, but if you up the weights slowly and listen to your body then sometimes you can just give it hell!
Thank Jerry Pritchett for letting us come out and play!
Are you impressed with Travis Ortmayer and his massive strength?
