Food is a big part of bodybuilding – but not necessarily in the best way. A bodybuilding diet needs to be very strict to ensure the perfect physique. Massive bodybuilders also need to eat a lot of calories to bulk up. That’s a lot of chicken and rice every day.

But how much pushes past the limit? This video above by Dylan Mckenna showcases him and a friend attempting to eat 10,000 calories in one day. This is the second time they tried said challenge (the last one didn’t end so well). Will they succeed this time? Can you handle the 10,000 calorie challenge?
