There is no success without pain.
There’s good pain and there is bad pain. Bad pain is something more akin to an injury. If you’re joints are throbbing or if you push beyond your limits… you might end up with an injury or even worse an injury that will put you out of the gym for a long time if not permanently. But then there’s the good kind of pain. That’s the burning muscle soreness from putting yourself through a good workout. The kind of struggle on those last few reps before you can’t physically lift anymore. The kind of pain that comes with training and is necessary in order to improve.
