Flex Lewis may be looking to change divisions and possible compete in Open Weight the next time we see him. With the kind of work ethic he possesses, it wouldn’t be hard to believe that Flex Lewis could potential become a champion in two different divisions. After all, champions aren’t born, but made through constant improvement and dedication to a specific goal. Roelly Winklaar proved to be most improved with his performance at the 2018 Olympia, showing that he has the drive and determination to push his physique to new heights. Winning the People’s Champion title proves just how far he has pushed himself to achieve greatness.
Last but not least, Shawn Rhoden shocked the world by dethroning Phil Heath at the Olympia. While Shawn Rhoden could have looked for a way out after coming up short time and again, he pushed through and showcased his championship mentality by continuing to improve on his physique until finally securing victory.
